Entry fees:

  • $35 + GST per member.
  • $45 + GST per guest.
  • Note: Food & Beverage gratuity is not included in the price.

  • Buffet dinner following the round.

  • Power cart fee is $40 + GST per cart and must be pre-booked at the time of registration.

Parent Child

Sunday, May 31 – 2:00 p.m. shotgun

$90 + GST per team

Entry fee includes golf, food, prizes, and lots of fun!

  • 2-person teams. Entries must have one Highlands member. This event is open to relative teams only. This means you must be related in some way to enter this event.
  • Alternate shot format. There will be both 9-hole and 18-hole divisions. For the 9-hole division teams, your shotgun will start at 4:00 p.m.
  • This is a non-competitive event centered on having fun! But of course, there are still prizes for both low gross and low net scores.
  • Open to the first 128 players with division limits as well. Sign up early to secure your spot.

Senior and Super Senior Men's and Ladies Club Championships

Saturday, July 25 and Sunday, July 26
 

Late morning and early afternoon tee times

$65 + GST per person, includes: 

  • Saturday drink ticket

  • Open to all active Highlands Members that meet the below age criteria:
    • Senior Men's: 55 years old.
    • Senior Ladies: 50 years old.
    • Super Senior Men's: 70 years old.
    • Super Senior Ladies: 65 years old.
  • Gross and net stroke play competition
  • Males will play from the white tees.
  • Females will play from the blue tees.
  • Option to play in both the Senior Men's/Ladies and Super Senior Men’s/Ladies divisions for an additional fee of $20.00 + GST.

Ladies, Junior, and Men's Club Championships

Friday, August 14 to Sunday, August 16

  • Ladies Stroke Play and Par Points: 2 days (Saturday and Sunday). $77 + GST.
  • Men’s Championship Flight Stroke Play: 3 days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). $77 + GST. Note: Championship Flight will be limited to the lowest registered 36 handicap indexes)Registration for this flight closes on Thursday, August 6 at 10:00 a.m.
  • Men’s Non-Championship Flight Stroke Play: 2 days (Saturday and Sunday). $77 + GST.

Schedule of Events:

  • Friday: Tee times beginning at approximately 1:45 p.m.
  • Saturday: Tee times beginning at 7:30 a.m. with beer gardens and BBQ to follow.
  • Sunday: 9:00 a.m. shotgun (tentatively). Meal and awards banquet to follow.

Entry fees include Saturday BBQ and drink, Sunday meal and banquet, and prizes.

Member Guest

Thursday, August 6 – 2:00 p.m. shotgun
$600 + GST per team


Member and guest will be treated to:

  • Tee gift.
  • 18 holes of play your own ball best ball competition with power cart.
  • Lunch prior to round and plated dinner to follow.
  • On-course snacks, beverages, proximity prizes, and team prizes. There will be a men’s division and a women’s/mixed division, with the prize payout determined based on the % of teams in each category. A minimum of 70% of the total team prizes will go towards teams with verified Golf Canada handicaps.
  • $1,000 Closest to the Pin pre-round guest shootout.
  • Mulligan draw for a set of irons.
  • Reverse draw for one guest to win a 12-month non-transferable Highlands Associate membership for the 2027 golf season.

Ray Milne Labour Day Classic

Sunday, September 6 – 9:00 a.m. shotgun

Includes golf, lunch, and prizes

 

Entry fees: $40 + GST for adult members, $25 + GST for junior members

 

FORMAT Modified** 3-2-1 Net Stableford Best Ball

**You pick which holes your team counts 3 scores (six times), 2 scores (six times) and 1 score (six times)

  • Open to ALL members. The goal is to have 1 senior, 1 adult male and female, and 1 junior per group.             
  • Two Divisions: 4-person random draw teams OR pick your own teams. Note: only the winning random draw team will have their names placed on the rock at #1 tee.
  • The tournament is largely supported by prize donations. Donations may be dropped off at the Pro Shop or Highlands Office. 

 

Iron-Man/Iron-Woman

Saturday, October 3
10:00 a.m. shotgun

Cost: $60 + GST per person

Format:

  • Team format, Front 9: 2 person scramble match play, Back 9: 2 person best ball match play. You can either sign up as a pair, or enter individually and the captains will find you a partner. You can also sign up as a foursome, however the foursome will be split into pairs; one on each team.
  • After a pair has been established, your pair will either be placed on team ‘Black’ or team ‘Red’.
  • Matches will then be selected by captains.
  • Open to all active Highlands members 18 years and older.

Itinerary:

  • 11:00 a.m. shotgun. 2 points available in each match, 1 point for the scramble and 1 point for the best ball. Matches will be handicapped. Point totals will then be added for both teams.
  • The winning team will be rewarded with a steak and lobster dinner; the losing team will get wieners and beans (if they're lucky, maybe a burger and fries….).
  • One drink ticket per person.
