2024/2025 Clubhouse Renovations

We're Open!

Following an extensive renovation this winter, our clubhouse is now open and better than ever! Click here for our updated hours and upcoming events.

We welcome both members and non-members in our newly renovated space, however, priority will be given to members at select times. Non-member reservations are required and can be made by calling 780-474-4211, extension 1.

Highlands Golf Club underwent a clubhouse revitalization during the winter of 2024/2025 to our capacity and improve our overall operations, which will help meet the growing needs of our membership and the surrounding community. The focus of the renovation was:

  • An expansion of our kitchen.
  • The bars were relocated to the centre of the spaces. The prior rock wall become a new double-sided bar.
  • An expansion of our patio, including a louvered pergola with built-in heaters. This will become a three-season patio to further enjoy the outdoor space and beautiful River Valley views. This is still under renovation and will not be finished until June.
  • The addition of two bathrooms in the spike bar, including one barrier-free bathroom.
  • A new staircase from the parking lot to the clubhouse. This will be completed in the fall of 2025.
  • An overall modernization of the clubhouse spaces.

There is additional exterior work that will be completed in May and early June, including the east deck, stucco, and asphalt work.
