The Highlands Golf Club is very proud to have Executive Chef Vikram Redgaonkar and his team creating new, fresh and local dishes. New winter menu's have recently been launched and are based on his cooking philosophy to keep things simple and to use local ingredients.  

Signature item on the all day menu include daily creation quiche, Brandt Lake wagyu burger, carbonara made with smoked pork belly, and a carrot gnocchi. All desserts are made fresh and in-house, including bread pudding, creme brulee, and tarte tatin.

A separate brunch menu will be available from 10:00-2:00 on Saturday's and Sunday's. Feature items on his brunch menu include eggs benedict, chicken waffle, and mushroom toast. Enjoy an "adult beverage" with your brunch, featuring a selection of handmade signature drinks.

Non-members are welcome to come for lunch or weekend brunch and enjoy a spectacular view of Edmonton’s river valley (a modest dress code is required, jeans are allowed).  Reservations are appreciated.
